c) zasílání obchodních sdělení a činění dalších marketingových aktivit.

3.3. Ze strany správce nedochází k automatickému individuálnímu rozhodování ve smyslu čl. 22 GDPR.

4. Doba uchovávání údajů

4.1. Správce uchovává osobní údaje

a) po dobu nezbytnou k výkonu práv a povinností vyplývajících ze smluvního vztahu mezi Vámi a správcem a uplatňování nároků z těchto smluvních vztahů (po dobu 15 let od ukončení smluvního vztahu).
b) po dobu, než je odvolán souhlas se zpracováním osobních údajů pro účely marketingu, nejdéle 2 let, jsou-li osobní údaje zpracovávány na základě souhlasu.

4.2. Po uplynutí doby uchovávání osobních údajů správce osobní údaje vymaže.

4.3. Příjemci osobních údajů (subdodavatelé správce)
1) Příjemci osobních údajů jsou osoby
a) podílející se na dodání zboží/služeb/realizaci plateb na základě smlouvy
b) zajišťující marketingové služby
c) podílející se na zajištění provozu služeb
2) Správce nemá v úmyslu předat osobní údaje do třetí země (do země mimo EU) nebo mezinárodní organizaci.


5. Zpracovatelé osobních údajů

5.1.Zpracování osobních údajů je prováděno správcem, osobní údaje však pro něj mohou zpracovávat i tito zpracovatelé služby Websupport, Meta, Framer, Figma, Adobe a Google Analytics.

6. Vaše práva

6.1. Za podmínek stanovených v GDPR máte

a) právo na přístup ke svým osobním údajům dle čl. 15 GDPR,
b) právo opravu osobních údajů dle čl. 16 GDPR, popřípadě omezení zpracování dle čl.18 GDPR,
c) právo na výmaz osobních údajů dle čl. 17 GDPR,
d) právo vznést námitku proti zpracování dle čl. 21 GDPR,
e) právo na přenositelnost údajů dle čl. 20 GDPR a
f) právo odvolat souhlas se zpracováním písemně nebo elektronicky na adresu nebo email správce uvedený v čl. III těchto podmínek.

6.2. Dále máte právo podat stížnost u Úřadu pro ochranu osobních údajů v případě, že se domníváte, že bylo porušeno Vaše právo na ochranu osobních údajů, případně se obrátit na soud.


7. Podmínky zabezpečení osobních údajů

7.1. Správce prohlašuje, že přijal veškerá vhodná technická a organizační opatření k zabezpečení osobních údajů.

7.2. Správce přijal technická opatření k zabezpečení datových úložišť a úložišť osobních údajů v listinné podobě, zejména hesla a antivirový program.

7.3. Správce prohlašuje, že k osobním údajům mají přístup pouze jím pověřené osoby.


8. Cookies

8.1. Objednatel souhlasí s ukládáním tzv. cookies na jeho počítač. žádná z cookie použitá na webových stránkách nesbírá a neobsahuje informace, jež mají povahu osobních údajů Objednatel a neumožňuje tedy jakkoliv identifikovat konkrétní osobu. Prostřednictvím nastavení svého webového prohlížeče může Objednatel jednotlivé cookie ručně mazat, blokovat či zcela zakázat. Jednotlivé cookie lze také blokovat nebo povolit jen pro konkrétní webové stránky.


9. Závěrečná ustanovení
`9.1. Odesláním objednávky z internetového objednávkového formuláře potvrzujete, že jste seznámen/a s podmínkami ochrany osobních údajů a že je v celém rozsahu přijímáte.

9.2. S těmito podmínkami souhlasíte zaplacením zboží na účet prodávajícího. Zaplacením zboží na účet prodávajícího potvrzujete, že jste seznámen/a s podmínkami ochrany osobních údajů a že je v celém rozsahu přijímáte.

9.3. Správce je oprávněn tyto podmínky změnit. Novou verzi podmínek ochrany osobních údajů zveřejní na svých internetových stránkách.Tyto podmínky nabývají účinnosti dnem 19.11.2023
